NEW CUSTOMERS

When a new person books an appointment with me they must confirm their appt on either the day before or the morning of their appointment, by a time that I have specified. Once this has been done I then give out my postcode.

I do this for 2 reasons.

1) I do not want people having my address unless I believe they are genuine and really do intend on keeping their appt.

2) Confirming the appt reassures me that you are going to come along and not let me down.

If you make an appointment with me and you:

DO NOT confirm your appt by the time I have asked you to or,
DO NOT let me know you can no longer honour your appointment or,
IGNORE my texts asking if you are still coming along, or
CANCEL your pre-booked appointment at very short notice (first impressions are all I can go on and if I have not seen you before and you cancel your appointment with little notice, my impression of you is tainted)

Then YOUR number and /or email address will be stored in my TIMEWASTER list and I will just ignore you if you ever contact me again.
 
Apologies if I sound like an ogre, but i've had a few people mess me around lately and it gets rather frustrating.

THINGS THAT ANNOY ME

People who think it is ok to turn up early for their appointment without confirming with me that this is ok. I do not sit around all day in my underwear and I require time to get ready.

People who I have never met before calling me babe. I don't know why but it really irks me.

People who only book 30 mins but then end up drawing the appointment out so they end up with an hour anyway. I am not a clock watcher but since I offer a range of appointment times to suit a range of people, its only fair that you do not take advantage of my good nature.
